About the Letter
Guests from many countries require official letters confirming that they have booked and paid for accommodation in London. These letters are sometimes required by visa and/or immigration authorities.
We can provide such official accommodation letters, but only if you have booked and paid for at least one week accommodation at the Dover Castle Hostel.
Using the link from this page you can book one or more weeks accommodation at the hostel at the discounted rate of £85 per week incl. taxes and breakfast.
If you then require an official letter confirming this paid booking you can fill in the information fields at the booking page and we will e-mail or fax you the letter or you can arrange for it to be collected from the hostel directly.
Please note that if the dates of your intended travel change, we can change your booking and issue a revised letter with the new dates. However, you must quote your booking reference, name and original arrival date. Furthermore you must give us at least one fully week (7 days) notice of such a change. Please note that we can only change the booking dates and reissue official letter on one occasion. Also the name in which the booking was made cannot be changed. Under no circumstances will any refund be offered on pre paid weekly booking.
